PERUVIAN METALS TO EXTEND WARRANTS
Peruvian Metals Corp. intends to amend the terms of 2,334,000 outstanding warrants of the company that are set to expire Dec. 15, 2022.
The company has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date for all of the warrants to March 31, 2023. All other terms of the warrants will remain the same.
Five million warrants were originally issued on Sept. 9, Oct. 6 and Oct. 31 as part of the units issued under a private placement completed by the company over three tranches in September and October, 2020. Since the issuance, 2,666,000 have been exercised. The warrant extension is subject to the approval of the TSX-V.
